Restorations after shelling: DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 68,000 homes over the course of the week
Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian strikes that cause power outages in the settlements. Last week, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 68,281 homes, de-energized due to the shelling.
“During the weekend, one of the enemy attacks completely de-energized 116 settlements of the region at once, leaving residents without electricity and partially without water, as the pump stations stopped working. Fortunately, our specialists were able to quickly restore power supply and in just 2 hours everyone was energized. Despite relentless enemy attacks, we continue to provide residents with electricity and we always do everything possible to restore electricity to people’s homes as soon as possible,” – commented DTEK Dnipro Grids CEO Andrii Tereshchuk.
Energy workers continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and State Emergency Services of Ukraine.
