Amend the distribution agreement with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids without visiting the service center

From now on, families residing in the Kyiv region can introduce amendments to the electricity distribution agreement online – without visiting the service centers. The new feature appeared in the personal user account on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website.

Electricity distribution agreement is one of the main documents that helps ensure that there is electricity in your home. Therefore, it is important to track the relevance of the information in the agreement.

When and what changes are to be added into the agreement:

In case of renaming your residence address;

In case of changing your name, email or contact telephone number;

In case of changing the type of the facility. For example, the agreement states “land plot”, but you have already built a house and started living in it.

To use the service, please visit the “Enter into an agreement” section on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website and select “Introduce amendments to the agreement” in the questionary. After the prompt registration, the system automatically forms a request, which we review within three working days.

Let us remind that in order to ensure that there is electricity in your home, you must have two agreements: one is a distribution agreement with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids, the other one is a supply agreement with the electricity supplier of your choice. You may submit one request for conclusion of two agreements via our “single window” (“one-stop shop”) service.
