The enemy again attacked DTEK Dnipro Grids power facility

On the night of June 23, russian troops once again attacked one of the DTEK Dnipro Grids power facilities with a strike drone. Fortunately, no personnel were harmed.

The attack caused damage to power equipment. The enemy strike completely de-energized 33 settlements, another 2 – partially. Over 34,000 families were left without electricity.

Energy workers immediately commenced emergency and restoration activities. In just a few hours, power supply was restored to all de-energized customers.

SES and law enforcement were called to the site of the event.

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored electricity to a total of 42,379 families in 54 towns and villages of the region that were de-energized due to the strikes.

Another 31,000 homes in the region currently remain without power supply. Works in the frontline districts are complicated by the security situation. Nevertheless, energy workers continue to work and are doing everything possible to restore electricity to every home as soon as possible. Emergency crews commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
