How to submit readings under any circumstances: TOP-4 convenient online services of DTEK Dnipro Grids

The end of the month is the time to submit meter readings. DTEK Dnipro Grids recommends doing it via one of four convenient online services. Every service is available 24/7, simple and user-friendly. Timely submitted data will help avoid discrepancies in estimations and bill customers for consumed electricity.
How to submit readings under any circumstances: TOP-4 convenient online services of DTEK Dnipro Grids

Meter readings are to be submitted during the last 2 days of the current month and before the 3rd day of the next one. After that, the Distribution System Operator submits the volume of electricity, consumed by you, to the supplier for billing. If meter readings are submitted on 4th or later, then the legislation requires the DSO to calculate data using average daily consumption during the similar period of the previous year.

We have listed TOP-4 online services of DTEK Dnipro Grids, which can be used to share your meter’s data:

  • The fastest way is via Viber and Telegram chatbot. Enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the messenger search bar, pass verification procedure (for unauthorized customers) and select “Submit meter readings” in the menu.
  • You do not want to authorize? Then, use simple web form on the DTEK Dnipro Grids website.
  • For those who like to analyze their consumption, we recommend using user account. It is convenient for reviewing meter readings history.
  • If you lost your Internet connection, please try interactive voice menu (IVR) of our contact center using the telephone 38 (066/067/063) 790-99-00, stationary (056) 790-99-00. To start using it, please select “2” in the voice menu.

For the volume of your electricity consumption to be real, and not an estimated one, please submit your meters in time.
