March 30 through April 3 is a time of meter readings submission. In order not to spend too much time on that, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids recommends using its Viber or Telegram chatbot. The service is available 24/7 and provides an opportunity to submit data remotely using only a smartphone.
Visiting customer service center is limited by its working schedule. In order to call the contact center, one must know its number. Meanwhile, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids chatbot has no usage restrictions. Thanks to the automation, the service can receive your meter readings even at night. The entire process takes a couple of minutes, which is several times faster than visiting the office or calling the company.
Submitting readings via the chatbot is very easy:
- enter “DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger;
- go through the quick verification procedure if you have not registered in the chatbot before;
- select “Submit meter readings” in the menu and follow the menu prompts to submit information;
Actual meter data should be submitted during the last 2 days of the current month and by the 3rd day of the next one. Timely submitted information allows us to establish volumes of electricity actually consumed by you, and the supplier company to issue correct bills.
