Over the course of a day, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to homes of almost 4,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region
Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that frequently damages grids and leaves residents of the region without electricity. Despite a constant threat, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work is conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.
In the afternoon of September 17, the enemy has shelled two districts of the region, leaving a part of Marhanets community and settlements in Nikopol and Synelnykove districts without electricity. Over the course of a day, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of most of the damaged lines, thus restoring electricity to homes of 3,848 families in the Nikopol district.
About 100 households in 3 settlements of Pokrovsk and Tomakivka communities remain without electricity. Emergency workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work will be conducted once our specialists obtain a permit from the military and SES.
