DTEK energy workers restored electricity after shelling to 6,300 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the day

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 6,300 families in three districts of the region, whose homes were de-energized due to enemy strikes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

On April 2, recent enemy attacks caused power outages in three districts in the south, north and east of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Once the security situation allowed, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews commenced restoration of power supply. By the end of the day, energy workers restored electricity to de-energized homes of 6,310 families in the region.

As of the morning after night shelling, another 171 homes remained without electricity. Energy workers are already working to energize them.

The enemy does not stop attacking the energy infrastructure of the Dnipropetrovsk region. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. They commence works immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from SES and AFU.
