DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists restored electricity to 7,000 homes over the course of the day

On August 8, despite constant hostilities, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to restore electricity to residents of 17 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring power to almost 7,000 families. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the region once it becomes possible and the military provides permission for work performance.

The fiercest battles are ongoing in the Donetsk region. Nevertheless, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency crews managed to conduct repairs in 17 settlements of the region yesterday, thus restoring power to 6,973 families, de-energized due to the shelling.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,263 days in a row and continue repairs once the situation and the military permit. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
