DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to more than 5,000 families over the course of two days

On August 11 and 12, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, have accessed a number of damages and eliminated it, thus restoring electricity to more than 5,000 families in 15 settlements. Energy workers make every effort to restore electricity once it becomes possible.

DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to more than 5,000 families over the course of two days

Over the course of two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored power to 15 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 5,316 families in the frontline Donetsk region.

According to the head of the region Pavlo Kyrylenko, Vuhledar was shelled 21 times yesterday, Avdiivka and other settlements of the region are under enemy fire, as well.

Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 111 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
