DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power to 18 settlements over the course of two days

On June 24 and 25, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to restore power to 18 settlements, de-energized due to constant enemy shelling, thus restoring access to electricity for 17,700 families. Energy workers commence repairs immediately once the shelling subsides and the military provide permission for work performance.

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to repair a number of grid damages and restore power to 18 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 17,717 families in the frontline Donetsk region.

The situation in the region remains difficult. Constant shelling, missile and air strikes continue to damage the energy infrastructure. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
