Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids was able to restore electricity to more than 8,000 families

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to completely or partially restore electricity to 10 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring power to 8,078 families.

Heavy fighting is underway in the Donetsk region. According to the Ministry of Defense, shelling of the Donetsk region continued yesterday.

97 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 267 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines once it becomes possible.

The situation in the energy system remains difficult. In accordance with NPC Ukrenergo order, emergency shutdowns are underway in the Donetsk region for the third day in a row.

Let us remind that unlike stabilization power cutoffs, emergency shutdowns do not follow a clear schedule. When an energy company receives a command from NPC Ukrenergo to perform such shutdown, it has 15 minutes to execute it in the specific energy unit, where the energy system requires. Thus, it is impossible to foresee such events and draw up a corresponding schedule.

If electricity has not been restored after cancellation of a shutdown, please inform DTEK Donetsk Grids. To contact the company, please use official information channels only. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are ready to process your applications and answer all questions via remote service channels: DTEK Donetsk Grids website, company’s Facebook page, call center +38 (093/096/099) 450 0 473, Viber and Telegram chat bots, titled “DTEK Donetsk Grids”, and Viber community for condominiums.

We are working 24/7 to ensure reliable power supply of houses and enterprises.
