Energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids restored power supply to more than 43,000 families over the past week

Over the period from November 17 to 23, energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids restored power supply to more than 43,000 families that were left without electricity due to enemy attacks. Specialists commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the military and the emergency service. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for the normal life of the region’s residents.

The Odesa region suffered new enemy attacks. Over the past week, energy workers restored electricity to 43,115 families in 21 settlements of the region. Energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids commenced emergency and restoration activities immediately after obtaining permission from the military and the emergency service. 

“Our task is to do everything possible to provide Ukrainians with electricity, despite the enemy attacks. Our crews begin repairs immediately after the air raid alert stand-down upon permission of the military and the emergency service in order to restore electricity to our customers’ homes as soon as possible,” – noted Dmytro Hryhoriev, CEO at DTEK Odesa Grids. 

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids have restored power to a total of over 2.5 million customers*, de-energized due to enemy attacks.
