Over the course of a week, DTEK energy workers have restored power to 14,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were left without electricity due to shelling
Last week, Dnipropetrovsk region was a subject to repeated enemy attacks, which caused damage to grids, substations and power outages for residents of the region. Despite constant shelling, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy. Work is carried out immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and State Emergency Service.
Over the past week, energy workers have restored electricity to 13,853 families in 29 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
In the last 24 hours alone, they have restored power to more than 5,000 families in 15 settlements of Nikopol district that was once again subjected to massive enemy shelling.
Emergency crews of energy workers are working non-stop to promptly restore power to settlements of the region that suffered due to hostilities. Since the beginning of a full-scale russian invasion, energy workers have restored power to more than 68,000 homes. The majority – in the Kryvyi Rih and Nikopol districts, frequently shelled by the enemy.
