DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 5,800 families yesterday

On August 23, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 5,800 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, whose homes were de-energized due to enemy attacks. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The aggressor continues shelling the Dnipropetrovsk region, causing damage to power facilities and de-energization of residents. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. Energy workers commence repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. 

In particular, yesterday DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists managed to restore operation of a number of power facilities, de-energized due to enemy attacks, and restore electricity to homes of 5,778 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Energy workers continue to work on restoration of power supply to another 466 homes.
