Over the course of a day, DTEK has restored electricity to almost 14,000 families in the Donetsk region

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to 12 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to 13,885 families in Bakhmut, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts.

For instance, electricity was restored to 6,500 families in the constantly shelled Bakhmut community, which is one of the main directions of enemy’s offensive. Energy workers were also able to work in Toretsk community, shelling of which does not stop as well. Here, energy workers have repaired the grids for more than 7,000 families. Additionally, specialists of the energy company were working in Avdiivka, Kostiantynivka and Selydove communities.

Constant shelling of the Donetsk region continues. The most difficult directions are Sloviansk, Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
