Over the course of a day, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to homes of more than 3,600 families of the Nikopol community

DTEK Dnipro Grids has restored power supply in the Nikopol district that continues to suffer from enemy shelling. On September 14, emergency and restoration crews have restored electricity to homes of 3,663 families of the region that were without power due to the damaged grids. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Russian occupants continue to shell Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region from heavy artillery, frequently damaging grids and leaving residents without electricity. Despite the everyday threat, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work is conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.

Yesterday, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of the grids for 3,663 families of the Nikopol community, left without electricity due to yesterday shelling.

As of the morning of September 15, about 2,000 households in 4 settlements of Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts remain without power. Emergency workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work will be conducted once our specialists obtain a permit from the military and SES.
