DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 67,000 homes over the course of the week

Despite heavy fighting in the region and constant shelling, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to residents of 8 settlements over the past week, thus restoring access to electricity for 67,051 families in the Donetsk region.  

In particular, energy workers managed to restore power to 17,600 homes in the frontline region over the weekend alone. 

Donetsk region remains an arena of the most active hostilities. Damage of the energy infrastructure continues. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region immediately after obtaining permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

Work in the Donetsk region becomes more and more dangerous. Nevertheless, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,210 days and repairing equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible.
