DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 71,000 homes over the course of the week

Despite continuous fierce fighting in the region, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to residents of 44 settlements last week, thus restoring access to electricity for 70,852 families in the Donetsk region.  

In particular, over the weekend energy workers restored electricity to 20,000 families in 3 settlements, de-energized due to enemy shelling. 

Donetsk region still remains an arena of the most active hostilities. Damage of the energy infrastructure due to constant shelling continues. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region immediately after obtaining permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,153 days and repairing equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible
