DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to more than 29,000 homes over the course of the week

Despite heavy fighting in the region and constantly ongoing shelling, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to residents of 36 settlements last week, thus restoring access to electricity for 29,196 families in the Donetsk region.  

In particular, over the weekend alone energy workers managed to restore power to 6,500 homes in 11 settlements. 

Donetsk region remains an arena of the most active hostilities. Damage of the energy infrastructure due to constant shelling continues. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region immediately after obtaining permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for more than three years since the beginning of the full-scale invasion and repairing equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible
