DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to more than 43,000 families in the frontline Donetsk region over the course of a week

Despite constant shelling of the region, energy workers are working and restoring power supply of the region. Over the past week, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to completely or partially restore electricity to 117 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 43,463 families in the frontline Donetsk region. 

Including the weekend, when energy workers were able to repair a number of damages and restore electricity to 3,200 families in 9 settlements, de-energized due to constant shelling. 

According to the Donetsk RMA, shelling of the Donetsk region continued last week. As well as missile and air strikes. Due to that, 126 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 600 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible.
