DTEK energy workers restored power to almost 180,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of a week
Last week, the enemy carried out the largest attacks on power facilities of the country in recent time, damaging electricity generation, transmission and distribution facilities, thus causing the need to limit power consumption. In particular, in accordance with the NPC Ukrenergo order, emergency power shutdowns had to be introduced twice to stabilize the situation in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
From March 18 to 24, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have restored power to 178,969 families in 253 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to enemy strikes. Yesterday alone, electricity has been restored to almost 800 homes in 4 settlements of the region.
Thanks to the coordinated work of energy workers of the region, electricity has now been completely restored to all affected areas.
DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews and energy workers throughout the country make every effort to restore electricity to homes of Ukrainians as soon as possible. Emergency activities are carried out immediately after obtaining permission from the SES and the military.
