Over the course of a week, DTEK energy workers restored power supply after shelling to more than 78,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region

From June 3 to 9, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored electricity to more than 78,000 families in 18 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, whose homes were left without power supply due to enemy strikes. Energy workers repair lines and electrical equipment, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian strikes that destroy electrical infrastructure of towns and villages in particular. The most difficult situation is in the south of the region, which the enemy attacks daily from the occupied territories with drones and artillery.

Over the course of the week (June 3 through 9), DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 78,335 families in 18 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to enemy attacks. Yesterday alone, electricity has been restored to more than 41,000 homes, left without electricity after yet another attacks on the power facilities.

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. The works are commenced immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Power supply in the affected districts is now fully restored.
