Over the course of a week, DTEK energy workers restored power to more than 56,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region, de-energized due to shelling
Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian strikes that destroy electrical infrastructure of towns and villages, among other things. The most difficult situation is in the south of the region, which is close to the area of hostilities. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. The works are commenced immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Over the past week (April 29 through May 5), DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 56,529 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to enemy attacks. Electricity has been restored to 14 shelled settlements of the region.
Power supply in the affected districts is now fully restored.
