From September 29 to October 5, energy workers were able to restore power to more than 17,500 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The enemy is constantly shelling the Dnipropetrovsk region, regularly damaging the grids and leaving residents of the region’ without electricity.

Last week, specialists in the Donetsk region, where the situation becomes increasingly difficult, managed to restore electricity to homes of 144,700 families of local residents. Despite constant danger, our energy workers continue to restore electricity in the region once it becomes possible.

The Odesa region continues to suffer from enemy attacks too. Last week, specialists of the energy company were able to restore electricity to almost 58,000 homes here. Additionally, on October 5, energy workers in the Kyiv region restored power to 1,200 residents, de-energized due to the latest attack.

“The enemy does not stop attacking peaceful towns and villages of our country. Despite constant danger, energy workers continue to work and restore electricity for as long as 1,321 days now. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have already restored electricity to more than 22 mln* families in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa and Donetsk regions, and in the city of Kyiv. Some settlements close to the area of hostilities had electricity restored to them on dozens of occasions,” – noted Alina Bondarenko, CEO at DTEK Grids.
