DTEK Grids DSO restored electricity to more than 700,000 homes in three regions over the course of the week

The majority – in the Odesa region, attacks on which do not subside. Over the course of the week, energy workers here managed to restore power to 411,700 homes of local residents.

The next largest number of restorations is in the Donetsk region, where heavy fighting is constantly ongoing. Despite a difficult security situation, energy workers here managed to restore power to almost 229,000 homes over the past seven days.

The enemy does not stop attacking Dnipropetrovsk region too. From September 14 to 20, specialists restored electricity to more than 78,000 homes of the region’s residents that were de-energized due to enemy attacks.

“Enemy attacks on the energy system do not subside. Nevertheless, we continue to work and restore electricity. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have already restored electricity to more than 55.9* mln families in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa and Donetsk regions, and in the city of Kyiv. We have restored electricity in some settlements close to the combat zone on dozens of occasions,” – noted Alina Bondarenko, CEO at DTEK Grids.

Energy workers of DTEK Grids DSO are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from AFU and SES.
