DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore power to 380,800 homes in May

Despite constant danger due to the large-scale hostilities in the region, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to conduct a number of repairs and restore power to residents of 228 settlements* last month, thus restoring electricity to 380,800 families in the Donetsk region. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the frontline region once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for work performance. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, energy workers restored electricity to a cumulative total of 10.5 mln families*.

In May, the enemy continued to mercilessly shell Donetsk region and attack it with drone, missile and air strikes. Despite all difficulties and constant danger, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore electricity to homes of 380,798 families in 228 settlements last month.

Restoring electricity in the Donetsk region becomes more difficult. Nevertheless, energy workers continue to work despite everything. In particular, last week alone specialists of the energy company restored electricity to 67,200 families in 43 settlements of the Donetsk region.

Specialists of the energy company continue to repair grids and equipment and will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
