Over the course of three days, DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 55,700 homes after shelling

From October 20 to 22, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repaired grids damage and restored power to homes of 55,700 families, de-energized by shelling. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for the normal life of the region’s residents.

Recent enemy attacks once again caused power outages in the homes of local residents in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite all challenges, over the past three days DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of the grids for 55,700 families of local residents in 124 settlements, de-energized due to enemy shelling. Specialists continue to work on restoring electricity for another 8,000 homes.

The enemy continues to attack Dnipropetrovsk region, subjecting it to shelling, missile and drone strikes. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews continue to work and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. Works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the SES and the AFU.
