DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power to homes of more than 8,000 families over the course of three days
The enemy continues to attack the Donetsk region, destroying energy infrastructure of the region, in particular. Despite all challenges, energy workers continue to repair grids and equipment, damaged by shelling. Over the past three days, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to completely or partially restore power to 26 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 8,414 residents of the frontline Donetsk region.
The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult due to constant enemy shelling, missile and air strike, which continue to damage the energy infrastructure. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 869 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
