According to the head of the region Pavlo Kyrylenko, there is a daily escalation throughout the frontline, along the three main directions – Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka. Shelling of the region became more intense and it does not stop neither during the day nor during the night.

Due to hostilities, 124 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
