Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, repaired a number of grid damages, caused by shelling, and restored electricity to residents of 7 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring power to more than 9,000 families. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore electricity in the frontline region once the shelling subsides and the military provide permission for work performance.

On June 29, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 7 settlements, de-energized by shelling, thus restoring electricity to 9,242 homes.

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. Constant shelling, missile and air strikes continue to damage the energy infrastructure. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
