Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 2,500 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region

On September 8, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews were able to restore power to 2,500 families in 4 settlements of the region, left without electricity due to the shelling. Despite constant danger, specialists are working tirelessly to repair the girds – upon approval of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide every town and village with electricity, required for the full-fledged life.

The Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer daily enemy strikes that cause damage to the grids and new power outages. Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored power to 4 settlements that were partially de-energized due to russian attacks, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,538 families in the region.

Emergency crews commence repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.

Currently, 9,700 homes remain without electricity. Works in the frontline region are complicated due to the security situation. Nevertheless, energy workers continue to work in order to restore power supply to every home as soon as possible.
