Electricity restored to 36,000 families: DTEK energy workers restored power supply in the Dnipropetrovsk region after an enemy attack

On August 29, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored operation of the energy equipment, damaged by shelling, thus promptly restoring electricity to 36,000 families in the south of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Yesterday, the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region again suffered from attacks of enemy artillery, UAV and kamikaze drones. Rf’s attacks damaged grids facilities. The fire on the energy equipment left 35,790 families in 6 settlements of the region without electricity. 

DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers commenced repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Specialists promptly carried out restoration activities and restored power to all de-energized houses.
