Electricity restored to 80,000 families: DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers energized all consumers after russian strikes

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored electricity in Kryvyi Rih and other settlements, affected by russians’ night attack. Restoration activities resulted in restoration of power supply to homes of over 80,000 families, left without electricity due to the enemy strikes.

Last night, the enemy attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones and a missile, leaving tens of thousands of families without electricity. 

Once the security situation allowed it, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews commenced restoration of power supply in Kryvyi Rih and other affected settlements. First, all critical facilities were energized. And by 5 a.m., power has been restored to all de-energized homes, thus restoring electricity to a total of 80,186 families in 9 settlements of the region. 

The aggressor continues to attack the Dnipropetrovsk region, causing damage to the grids and outages for the residents. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repair damaged lines and equipment and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. Energy workers commence repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the SES and AFU.
