Electricity restored to 1,700 families in the Donetsk region: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues restorations after shelling

Over the course of the day, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews have completely or partially restored electricity to 11 settlements, thus restoring power to homes of 1,739 families. 

Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 109 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 592 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. About 60 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
