Electricity restored to 4,300 families: DTEK energy workers have completely restored power supply in the Dnipropetrovsk region after yesterday’s attacks

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to the affected districts after yesterday’s massive shelling. Electricity has been restored to 4,300 families in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

On May 8, the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region was hit by yet another enemy drone and artillery attacks that damaged power lines and de-energized 4,321 homes.

DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers commenced emergency and restoration activities immediately after obtaining permission from SES and AFU. In a few hours, they managed to conduct repair of the overhead lines and energize all families, left without electricity.

Power supply is now fully restored.
