Electricity has been restored to 9,800 families in the Donetsk region: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues to repair the grids
Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored electricity to 5 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring access to power supply for 9,781 families in the frontline Donetsk region.
Shelling of the Donetsk region continues. According to the regional office of National Police, yesterday russian forces launched 13 strikes on civil population from aviation, MLRS and artillery.
Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 118 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 564 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. About 60 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
