On October 25, NPC Ukrenergo has introduced stabilization power cutoffs in the Dnipropetrovsk region to avoid emergencies

Thermal power generation25 October 2022
In accordance with NPC Ukrenergo order, stabilization power cutoffs will take place in the Dnipropetrovsk region starting at 9:20.

DTEK Dnipro Grids is doing everything possible for power cutoffs not to exceed 4 hours for each customer. However, it may repeat over the course of a day in 4 hours, if Ukrenergo does not cancel application of stabilization cutoffs. For example, if your house has been a subject to cutoff from 8 to 12 in the morning, then, providing stabilization cutoffs lasting over the course of a day, a repeat cutoff will take place from 20.00 to 00.00.

Please note: there may be a minor time inaccuracy of additional 30-40 min, required for reconnection of power supply between groups.

The list of settlements that may be covered by such cutoff and a corresponding schedule are available via DTEK Dnipro Grids website and social networks. Please, follow the updates.

Please note that emergencies on the distribution grids may also occur for various reasons (overloads, damage by unauthorized persons, etc.), leaving our consumers without electricity. If after a scheduled cutoff you are still without electricity for 4-4.5 hours – please, inform us about it via communication channels: Viber and Telegram bot, our social network Facebook pages. We will do everything necessary to eliminate an emergency and restore electricity to you.

In order to support the energy system we urge all residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region to consume electricity reasonably – to switch on energy-consuming devices in turn and minimize electricity consumption during peak load hours from 6.00 to 11.00 in the morning and from 17.00 to 23.00 in the evening.

We ask business customers to limit usage of exterior lighting of facades of offices, restaurants, malls.

These simple steps will help reduce the need for power cutoffs or a number of disconnected houses. This is now the best support of energy workers, who are working 24/7 and are doing everything possible to ensure that everyone has electricity at home.

Take care of yourself and your family!

We believe in Victory!
