Fast, convenient and safe – online services for customers of the DTEK Dnipro Grids

Currently, there are 6 online tools for customer interaction available in the company. These are: chatbot, website, Facebook page, email, user account and user account for connection. They require a PC or a smartphone with Internet access. Customers can use online services 24/7 to get required information about electricity distribution in the Dnipropetrovsk region or the service itself.

“Our online services have passed their first endurance test during the coronavirus pandemic, when people were restricted in their movement. They confirmed efficiency and convenience during martial law and constant threat of missile strikes. As for the customers, who have to stay in evacuation, these services became almost the only way to solve issues related to electricity distribution and to communicate with DTEK Dnipro Grids,” – explained company’s representative.

Customers can use these channels to remotely solve most of the issues:

  • submit meter readings;
  • inform about lack of electricity;
  • find out about emergency and scheduled power cutoffs;
  • sign and renew electricity distribution agreement;
  • inform about an accident of electricity theft;
  • order meter maintenance service (replacement/adjustment of meter, sealing/unsealing or inform about meter malfunctioning);
  • get consulting services from the Distribution System Operator specialists;
