DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids recommends all household customers to use Viber and Telegram chatbot to submit meter readings in a matter of minutes. And for the billing to represent actual data and not the estimated one, it is better to submit readings during the last 2 days of the current month and the first 3 days of the next one. Timely submitted meter readings will help avoid differences between estimated and actually consumed volumes of electricity, while the supplier will be able to provide billing for the actually consumed electricity only.
