DTEK Donetsk Grids continues restoration of the grids: electricity has been restored to more than 21,000 families in the Donetsk region

On February 27-28, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, were able to restore power to residents of 17 settlements in the Donetsk region, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring electricity to more than 21,000 families. Energy workers commence repairs once it becomes possible in order to support residents of the region in the difficult situation of constant hostilities.

Over the course of two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored power to 17 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to 21,361 families. 

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy continues to attack positions of our military in Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions. 

108 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 371 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines once it becomes possible.
