DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairing grids: electricity has been restored to more than 6,000 families in the Donetsk region

On November 11, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to completely or partially restore power to 28 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring electricity to more than 6,000 families. Energy workers commence repairs once it becomes possible in order to support residents of the region in this difficult situation.

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore electricity to 28 settlements of the Donetsk region that suffers from constant artillery shelling, missiles and air strikes, thus restoring power to 6,074 families.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy does not stop his offensive in the directions of Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka. The shelling continues.

85 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 262 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines, once it becomes possible.

To do that, please consume electricity reasonably – switch on energy-consuming devices in turn and minimize electricity consumption from 06.00 to 11.00 in the morning and from 17.00 to 23.00 in the evening.
