DTEK Donetsk Grids continues to repair the grids: power has been restored to more than 46,000 families over the course of a week

Over the course of a week, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, were able to access a number of damages and repair them, thus restoring power to more than 46,000 families in 57 settlements. Energy workers continue to do everything possible to promptly restore power once it becomes possible and the military provide a permit for work performance.

On October 10 through 16, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to completely or partially restore power to 57 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 46,151 families.

For instance, over the weekend energy workers have repaired grids for residents of 22 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 4,200 families.

Active hostilities are underway in the Donetsk region. According to the National Police, the enemy has shelled 18 settlements during the day.

82 settlements of the region remain without electricity. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 236 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines, once it becomes possible.
