DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored electricity to residents of the region after stabilization power cutoffs on October 22

DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored electricity to all consumers, who were subjected to stabilization power cutoffs from 10:13 on October 22 to 6:29 on October 23 in accordance with NPC Ukrenergo order.

The situation in the energy system remains difficult. We urge all residents of the region to consume electricity reasonably – switch on energy-consuming devices in turn and minimize electricity consumption in the morning from 6.00 to 11.00 and in the evening from 17.00 to 23.00.

We ask business customers to limit usage of exterior lighting of facades of offices and restaurants.

These simple steps will help reduce the need for power cutoffs or a number of disconnected houses. This is now the best support of energy workers, who are working 24/7 and are doing everything possible to ensure that everyone has electricity at home.

Let us remind that in case of application of stabilization power cutoff in accordance with NPC Ukrenergo order, it will approximately last 4 hours for each customer. However, it may repeat over the course of a day in 4 hours, if Ukrenergo does not cancel application of stabilization cutoffs. For instance, if your house was cut off from 10 to 14 in the morning and stabilization power cutoff will continue during the day, the cutoff will repeat from 18.00 to 22.00 and from 02.00 to 06.00.

The company makes every effort to ensure that cutoffs do not exceed 4 hours. However, in some cases power supply may be missing longer due to large-scale damage of the energy system.

We promptly publish list of settlements and schedule of power cutoffs on the DTEK Donetsk Grids website and in the Facebook. Details are also available in Viber or Telegram chatbots, titled “DTEK Donetsk Grids”, or by calling +38 (093/096/099) 450 0 473. Please, follow the updates.

Take care of yourself and your family!

We believe in Victory!
