DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids resumed operation of the Customer Service Center in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids continues to gradually resume operation of Customer Service Centers (CSC) in the Kyiv region. Another center has resumed operation in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi on June 6. It will be open from 8:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday without a break and with all security measures applied. Customers will be able to get services that require personal visit to the specialists. The company also reminds that most of the services are available to the customers 24/7 via convenient remote communication channels and online services.

Kyiv region gradually returns to normal life and restores what was damaged by the invaders. DTEK is also making every effort to provide electricity and all needed electricity distribution services to Ukrainian families. For the customers, who need to personally visit company’s offices, the company gradually resumes their operation. The office in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi has opened on June 6. Customer Service Centers have already opened in 14 towns and villages of the Kyiv region.

“We gradually resume operation of the CSCs. A CSC in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi has also opened its doors on Monday. Customers can visit the center to seek advice on electrical distribution or services, like filing an application for the restoration of documents, lost by residents of the Kyiv region during hostilities, or settling issues related to agreements for electricity distribution to houses, destroyed during hostilities. Additionally, customers can get services related to renewal of agreements, adjustment of meter readings, receipt of legal entities’ consumption reports, etc. Just like other CSC of the company, the center in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi operates without being tied to a place of residence. Thus, both residents of the city and residents of the entire region can seek service in the CSC,” — said representative of the company.

Customer Service Сenter in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi is open at the flowing address: 75 Skovorody, from 8:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday. Addresses of open offices are available in the corresponding section at the company’s website or by calling the call center.

After liberation of the Kyiv region from invaders, the company began to gradually resume operation of the service centers.
