DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored power to almost 19,000 households despite shelling

On October 24, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to completely or partially restore power to 17 settlements, affected by hostilities, thus restoring electricity to almost 19,000 households. Energy workers are doing everything possible to promptly conduct repairs once it becomes possible to support residents of the region in this difficult situation.

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to conduct a number of repairs and restore electricity to homes of residents of 17 settlements, thus restoring power to 18,971 households in the Donetsk region.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy continues its offensive attempts at Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions. Shelling, missile strikes and air assaults are underway in the Donetsk region.

83 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 244 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines, once it becomes possible.
