Submitting meter readings is quick and easy via DTEK Odessa Grids Viber and Telegram chatbot

In order to submit meter readings in a quick and easy manner, DTEK Odesa Grids recommends all household customers use Viber and Telegram chatbot. Meter readings are to be submitted during the period from the 30 day of the current month until the 3 day of the next one. An online service saves time and eliminates the need to visit offices of the company, which is convenient and safe, especially in wartime.

“DTEK continues to develop the grids using modern digital technologies and based on the sustainable development principles. Our goal is to provide quality European-level power supply services to Ukrainians. In July, we have updated Viber and Telegram chatbot. Primary features will stay the same, except for simplification of customers’ actions related to submission of meter readings. Now, entering a number of meter’s zones is not required, as the bot automatically determines type of the customer’s meter according to the personal account. The bot will also show previous meter readings, when and via which service they were obtained,” – informed the company.

Connecting to the service is very easy:

  • enter “DTEK Odessa Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger or follow the direct Viber or Telegram link;
  • follow the prompts to pass step-by-step registration (provide telephone number and personal account);
