Submitting meter readings via DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids Viber and Telegram chatbot is quick and easy

It is time to submit meter readings. There are remote and online services available in DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids that allow all customers submit readings in a timely and convenient manner. They are available 24/7 and do not require visiting company’s offices, which is especially important during the war and considering risks of air assaults. Viber and Telegram chatbot is the simplest of the available services. It allows submitting readings and getting company’s services in few clicks.

In order to submit meter readings quickly and easily, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids recommends all household customers to use Viber and Telegram chatbot. The company reminds that meter readings are to be submitted from the 1 to the 3 day of each month. Timely submitted information about consumed electricity makes it possible to generate accurate consumption volumes for the calendar month and allows supplying company to generate correct bills for consumed electricity. An online service saves time and eliminates the need to visit offices of the company, which is convenient and safe, especially during war.

“DTEK continues to develop the grids using modern digital technologies and based on the sustainable development principles. Our goal is to provide quality European-level power supply services to Ukrainians. Creation of this chatbot was DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids response to customers request for a convenient online tool that allows getting company’s services. As of today, over 286,000 residents of the Kyiv region are already using it and this number is growing every month. Over 82,000 customers have used chatbot to submit meter readings in August,” – informed the company.

Connecting to the service is very easy:

  • enter “DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids” in the search bar or follow the direct Viber or Telegram link;
  • follow the menu prompts to get or submit required information;

Meter readings can also be submitted in other ways, suitable for the customer:

  • via “Merezhi online” mobile application (available in AppStoreand Google Play Market);
  • web form on the website without additional registration. Select district, enter personal account number, number of zones on your meter and readings per zone;
  • personal user account on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website;
  • voice menu for automatic submission of readings. Call (044) 4590740, (067) 4957040, (093) 495-70-40 or (099) 495-70-40 and press 2. Then, follow the guidelines for successful registration of readings;

Let us remind that identification of chatbot users is carried out using their personal account number. If the customer does not remember his personal account number, it can be obtained in the company’s call center by calling (044) 4590740, (067/093/099) 4957040.
