Meter readings are to be submitted during the period from the 30 day of the current month until the 3 day of the next one. An online service saves time and eliminates the need to visit Customer Service Centers, which is convenient and safe, especially in wartime.

Our goal is to provide quality European-level power supply services to Ukrainians. Distribution System Operator recommends monthly submission of meter readings. DTEK Odesa Grids uses information, received from the customer, to register volumes of consumed electricity, which he then forwards to the supplier, who uses these volumes as a basis for generation of bills for actually used kilowatts only,” – explained the company.

  • follow the prompts to pass step-by-step registration (provide telephone number and enter personal account);
