Over the course of a day, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to homes of more than 2,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored power to 2 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were shelled the day before, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,541 families. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The enemy continues to shell Dnipropetrovsk region every day, frequently damaging grids and leaving residents of the region without electricity. Despite constant threat, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing their best to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work is carried out immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.

Yesterday, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 2,541 families in 2 settlements, de-energized due to the shelling the day before.

Let us note that the situation with energy system in the Dnipropetrovsk region and in Ukraine remains difficult. Therefore, we ask residents to consume electricity reasonably, when possible. Especially during the peak morning (from 7:00 to 11:00) and evening (from 17:00 to 22:00) hours. This will help support the energy system and reduce the risk of outages.
