Russian strike left 9 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region without electricity

The enemy does not stop attacking the energy infrastructure of the region. On June 25, russian troops once again attacked a DTEK Dnipro Grids power facility in the frontline community. Energy workers discovered the consequences of the attack during inspection of the facility – the enemy used strike UAV. Fortunately, no personnel were harmed.

The attack caused damage to power equipment. 9 settlements – nearly 700 homes were temporarily left without power supply.

Energy workers promptly commenced restoration activities and restored electricity to all de-energized customers as soon as it was possible.

Despite constant attacks on the energy infrastructure, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists continue to repair damaged equipment and ensure reliable power supply to the residents of the region.

Over the past two days, emergency crews restored electricity to 8,059 families in 35 towns and villages of the region that were de-energized due to the strikes.

Another 28,000 homes in the region currently remain without power supply. Works in the frontline districts are complicated by the security situation. Nevertheless, energy workers continue to work and are doing everything possible to restore electricity to every home as soon as possible. Emergency crews commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
